The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, making it easy to explore the area. the staff are very friendly and helpful, as evidenced by them going out of their way to retrieve a forgotten item for a guest. the room facilities are clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

The hotel's restaurant options are limited, with only convenience stores nearby for food.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I found that the all, you, can, eat dinner was definitely the best part of my experience. the opportunity to indulge in the local cuisine was amazing, and it was great to have a taste of local culture. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even located and returned a lost item for me, which was a very nice gesture. the hotel's location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay.

the hotel's location is quite remote, and it was quite a walk from the train station.

The food here was really tasty, and I especially enjoyed the local specialty dish. Another great thing was the lovely view from the room window. It was so relaxing to just sit there and take in the scenery. , the staff were friendly and courteous.

The location isn't the most convenient; it's quite a walk from the train station, and carrying luggage through the snow wasn't easy.

I'm delighted with all-you-can-eat Yūbari melon dinner. The juicy and fresh melon slices were delicious and refreshing. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. The location, near the station, was very convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.
